Shipping Policy
1. Free in-store pickup
You can order on the website and choose Pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready in about 1 hour, within shop opening hours, and you will receive an email when you can come and collect it. Pickup is free.

- Opening hours: Monday to Friday 11:30 to 18:00, Saturday 12:00 to 17:00
- We hold your order for 5 working days. If it is not collected, we cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
2. Free shipping
Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more and up to 10 kg, to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.
3. Shipping by zone and weight
In all other cases, shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and are shown at checkout before you pay.

We also ship to several European countries, with shipping from €66.80, calculated at checkout.
4. Orders over 10 kg
Substrates, grow tents and lighting may exceed 10 kg. In that case, write to us at geral@stonedcompany.pt before ordering so that we can arrange shipping, or choose free in-store pickup.
5. Delivery times
We prepare orders within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays. We ship with CTT (Portuguese Post), by standard mail, registered mail or parcel post, depending on the order. Delivery times depend on CTT and may vary. For shipments between Madeira and the mainland, the Azores or abroad, allow at least 5 working days.
6. Tracking and problems
When your order leaves us, you will receive an email to let you know. If it is sent by registered mail or parcel post, the email includes the tracking number. If there is any problem with the delivery, write to us at geral@stonedcompany.pt.
